At HC we ‘think outside the box’. We look at things in a differing light, what many others may have said is impossible – we often make possible. One project for a school, where it was impossible to extend, we came-up with the idea of using an internal steel ‘skeleton’ frame. This permitted the creation of a second storey within the existing building and doubled the number of classrooms. Not only that, but we managed the entire project and it was completed during the Summer holidays.

Our clients know that we are often that first step, that first rung on the ladder. We listen carefully to their ideas; we get to know them and their aspirations. Then we expand these ideas and develop them into workable plans. We meet with local planners to discuss the options and listen to their recommendations and proposals.

Whilst planning and building regulation are being approved, we research appropriate developers for our clients who have the right experience to turn the plan into a reality. This is another area where we excel. Over the years we have developed pubs, restaurants, wine bars, shops, schools, offices, a medical centre, hotel, bakeries, houses and flats. We have a track record of success.
